• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and formulate clinical diagnoses, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and effective support during critical moments.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, aligning with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals like psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate comprehensive client care.

This position encompasses a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
