• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through a secure video platform to improve their mental health and emotional resilience.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to identify and articulate their goals while providing supportive guidance through the therapeutic process.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans founded on evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

Your clients will be adults carefully screened for stability and a low acuity level, ensuring you work with individuals who can engage positively in therapy. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• You must possess full licensure in good standing from the state board, including designations such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to client advocacy are essential to succeed in this role.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for therapy and client management.
• Experience with remote counseling practices and familiarity with the challenges of telehealth.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment while engaging proactively with supervisors and colleagues.

The annual salary for this full-time remote position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, alongside direct deposit payments on a weekly basis.
