Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and craft detailed treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring timely documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to inform therapeutic decisions and outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis and behavioral intervention plans, engaging with patients to outline positive behavior support strategies.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care and compliance within the organization.
  • Serve as a key liaison, interacting with various service systems, community partners, and state agencies to facilitate integrated care and coordination.

  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and community meetings to enhance skills and knowledge within the mental health field.

  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Path Counseling, you will support a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients coping with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health-related field is a mandatory requirement for this position.
