This full-time position is designed for professionals who prefer a remote work setting complemented by the dynamic support of an outpatient office. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring that clients receive a multidimensional approach to their treatment. The flexible Monday to Friday schedule allows for a balanced work-life arrangement, with no evening or weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share their stories, fostering an environment of understanding and mutual support among clients.
  • Individual Counseling: Work one-on-one with clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Your role will also include helping them articulate their feelings and develop personalized coping mechanisms.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations, allowing them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
  • Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients' progress, ensuring effective treatment and swift adjustments when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Utilize strong communication skills to engage with other professionals on the multidisciplinary team, consulting on complex cases and coordinating care to enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults grappling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. By offering compassionate and evidence-based counseling, you will directly contribute to the development of coping skills and resilience among a demographic often facing significant life transitions.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant discipline, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Licensure: Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials are required.
  • Clinical Experience: Previous experience in mental health treatment, particularly with mood disorders in outpatient or residential settings.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: A collaborative mindset that aligns with our mission of promoting positive changes in clients' lives.
  • Proven Skills: Strong proficiency in evidenced-based practices such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and effective documentation practices.
Preferred Experience

We value candidates who bring additional expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, as well as those who have prior experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and remote counseling practices is advantageous in today's evolving healthcare landscape.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Robust medical, dental, and vision coverage to support you and your familyโ€™s wellness needs.
  • Security Benefits: Short-term and long-term disability and life insurance to provide peace of mind.
  • Retirement Planning: A 401(k) program with a company match of up to 5% to support your financial future.
  • Paid Time Off: Enjoy four weeks of paid vacation, combining PTO and paid floating holidays, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Professional Development: Ongoing education and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) support to further enhance your professional growth.
