Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share their stories, fostering an environment of understanding and mutual support among clients.
• Individual Counseling: Work one-on-one with clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Your role will also include helping them articulate their feelings and develop personalized coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
