Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health issues, formulating clinical diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions customized to the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing recognized modalities and psychological theories.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients encountering acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records, including treatment progress notes and assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, effectively communicating about client care plans and facilitating comprehensive support for each client.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources, while advocating for their rights and specific needs.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training, and other educational opportunities relevant to mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Many clients may present with complex challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate these obstacles toward a path of recovery and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits
