• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring that every client's unique situation is understood and addressed.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that are goal-oriented and client-centered, fostering empowerment and personal growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, navigating systemic challenges to secure access to essential resources, promote mental health awareness, and champion issues of social justice.
• Participate in program development and evaluation initiatives, contributing valuable insights and statistical data for grant reporting and organizational improvement.

In your role, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clients are often from diverse backgrounds, requiring culturally sensitive approaches and an understanding of the systemic issues affecting their lives. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport, empowering clients toward recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards of practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the empathy and resilience needed to support individuals through challenging situations.
