Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, while evaluating their strengths and available community resources.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.
  • Document clinical sessions and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients' understanding of their mental health and providing community support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Radiance Hub, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
