Position Overview

Stone Point Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team. We are focused on providing high-quality mental health care and support to a diverse range of clients within our remote community health clinic based in Brockton, Massachusetts. As a vital member of our team, you will play an instrumental role in improving the mental well-being of individuals facing various mental health challenges.

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a schedule that accommodates their needs. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies to address mental health challenges.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure client confidentiality and safety.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance care quality and share best practices.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Remaining current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to provide evidence-based care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Your role will focus on tailoring therapeutic interventions that address each client's unique life circumstances and psychological wellbeing, empowering them on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensing to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is desirable:

  • Experience working in an outpatient setting or community health clinic.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
  • Previous involvement in treatment planning and interprofessional collaboration.
