Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide effective mental health support.
• Document session notes thoroughly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate clients’ progress and foster resilience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients between sessions to provide continuity of care and support.
• Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with fellow therapists to share best practices and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from different backgrounds, and you will be responsible for addressing their unique circumstances with empathy and professionalism. Your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) with a clean disciplinary record.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults within a telehealth or face-to-face setting.
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, with specific training in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Exceptional written communication skills for effective documentation and client correspondence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred, although not required.
• Familiarity with virtual tools and platforms used for therapy and client engagement.
• Strong interest in continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest research and trends in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
