• Perform individual therapy sessions through our secure and user-friendly online platform, accommodating various client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique mental health goals.
• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client documentation and records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care and to enhance the treatment experience.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards while delivering mental health services, ensuring trust and confidentiality within the therapeutic relationship.

Our client population includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship-related challenges. With a focus on personalized care, you will work closely with clients to build rapport and trust through teletherapy, allowing for deeper exploration of their concerns and the development of effective coping strategies.

• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a mental health therapist is essential. Acceptable licensing includes, but is not limited to, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients through a telehealth platform.
• A proven ability to work autonomously while also contributing as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual therapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using various telehealth technologies to conduct remote sessions seamlessly.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities that guide treatment plans effectively.

We offer a competitive yearly salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
