• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify specific needs.
• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges, using a person-centered approach.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress in a detailed manner, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and resources to assist clients during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new knowledge into practice as appropriate.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your therapeutic techniques and receive constructive feedback that promotes professional development.
• Uphold stringent ethical standards in your practice as mandated by relevant state licensing boards.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in addressing the complex emotional needs of individuals from a variety of backgrounds, utilizing your skills to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW credentials, is required.
• Outstanding clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify client needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
