This role is offered in a fully remote capacity, which allows for flexible scheduling from the comfort of your home. You will adhere to a standard Monday to Friday workweek, with business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, including the severity and frequency of mood-related issues to understand their individual contexts fully.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, needs, and preferences.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing the various mood disorders presented by clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, providing support and resources on treatment options and effective self-care techniques.
• Continuously monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Work closely with our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary care that enhances client health.
• Stay informed with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enrich the therapeutic techniques employed within the practice.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, adhering to both legal and ethical standards in documentation.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings aimed at continuous improvement of care standards and to remain up to date with best practices.
• Actively promote mental health advocacy by supporting client interests and participating in community outreach efforts to minimize stigma associated with mood disorders.

You will primarily assist patients struggling with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse client base ranges from adolescents to older adults, ensuring a rich variety of perspectives and experiences that you will engage with in your practice.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology in the context of client treatment to foster effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches specifically suited for treating mood disorders.

• Demonstrated success in utilizing CBT and DBT techniques in clinical practice, leading to positive treatment outcomes.
• Experience engaging with diverse populations and understanding the cultural factors affecting mental health.
• Previous experience in telehealth practices, showcasing adaptability to different settings and technology.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually.
