Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and confidential virtual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
  • Establish a warm and informative virtual environment that encourages open communication and trust between you and your clients.
  • Assist clients in identifying, setting, and achieving personal growth objectives through collaborative goal planning.
  • Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, utilizing empirically supported methodologies and interventions to support mental wellness in various client populations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies when necessary, ensuring that therapy remains relevant and impactful.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your engagement will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to implement treatment strategies that resonate with each client's unique background and experiences, ultimately contributing to their emotional and psychological growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active independent licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in therapeutic techniques, including treatment planning, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and telehealth modalities.
  • Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful relationships with clients and inspire trust and openness.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology, ensuring effective use in delivering therapy services.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing direct therapy to clients in a clinical or outpatient setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients virtually and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs.
  • Experience in special populations or working with specific mental health issues may be advantageous.
