Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering structured hours to support effective work routines. As a licensed practitioner, you will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions and collaborate with colleagues, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained despite geographic barriers.

• Conduct intensive counseling sessions that focus on psychotherapy, treatment planning, and case management tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform thorough mental status examinations to assess client conditions accurately, recognizing and responding to shifts in mental health status.
• Document detailed case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring meticulous record-keeping to facilitate ongoing support and compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize conflict de-escalation techniques and maintain an empathetic demeanor when addressing clients in high-stress situations, aiming to offer comfort and solutions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create a cohesive care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapeutic interventions, employing appropriate methodologies based on the client demographics.
