Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being to establish comprehensive care plans.
• Develop, execute, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their personal journeys.
• Utilize evidence-based methods in providing therapeutic interventions during one-on-one sessions, family meetings, and group therapy formats.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies when necessary to foster optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to develop integrated care strategies.
• Commit to ongoing education by attending workshops and staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practices.
• Engage routinely in clinical supervision to refine skills and uphold the highest standards of care.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapist will work with a diverse client base ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We are dedicated to providing culturally responsive care tailored to each individual’s unique background and circumstances. Therapists may also be involved in community outreach programs aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients promptly.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
