Job description

Now Hiring: Administrator in Training (AIT)The Lodge at Red Rocks

We're searching for a future leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn every aspect of skilled nursing operations, and develop into an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator.

This isn't a coffee-fetching internship.

This isn't a "sit in the corner and observe" opportunity.

This is hands-on, real-world leadership training with one of the most respected Nursing Home Administrators in the market and a team that believes excellence is a daily habit—not a slogan.

You'll learn firsthand how great facilities operate, how strong cultures are built, how teams are led, and how resident-centered care remains at the heart of every decision.

You'll be in the trenches.

You'll be in the meetings.

You'll be part of the solutions.

And you'll gain experience that simply can't be taught in a classroom.

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or

At least two years of full-time work experience in a healthcare facility in a supervisory position

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of full-time work experience in any department of a:

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)

  • Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD)

AND

At least 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of college or university coursework

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

You'll train directly with an NHA who has built a reputation for excellence.

You'll learn from department leaders who are passionate about developing future administrators.

You'll gain exposure to:

  • Clinical operations

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Human resources

  • Financial management

  • Customer service

  • Quality measures

  • Leadership development

  • Team building

  • Strategic decision making

In other words...

You'll learn what it actually takes to run a great building.

Fair Warning

This position is not for people looking to coast.

It's for future leaders.

People who ask questions.

People who solve problems.

People who want to make a difference.

People who understand that leadership isn't about having a title—it's about serving others well.

Train with the best. Learn from the best. Become the best. The Lodge at Red Rocks

Building the next generation of exceptional Nursing Home Administrators.
