Position Overview:
Access Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process, supporting our caregivers and administrative staff, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about connecting clients with quality caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions, including caregivers and administrative roles
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, training scheduling, and compliance documentation
  • Match clients with caregivers based on skill set, availability, and client needs
  • Collaborate with administrators and HR to maintain staffing coverage and meet agency needs
  • Track candidate progress, follow up on required documents, and maintain accurate hiring records
  • Assist with job postings, sourcing candidates, and attending hiring events when necessary
  • Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes meet company policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide excellent communication and support to new hires and current staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
