Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator

Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB) is a modern, patient-focused orthodontic practice with convenient locations in Allouez and West De Pere. We are committed to providing exceptional orthodontic care and delivering an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator to become an important part of our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience every day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warmly greeting patients and welcoming new families to our practice
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Managing appointment changes and rescheduling requests
  • Opening and closing the front office
  • Answering incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Updating patient information and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and clerical duties
