Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a local school district in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

This is a full-time, school-based RBT position for someone who enjoys working with students with behavioral needs and wants to expand their ABA experience beyond the clinic setting. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and school team to implement individualized behavior plans and help students build meaningful skills throughout their school day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students in the school setting
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals
  • Assist with generalization of skills across classrooms and school environments

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and collaboration skills
  • Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
  • School-based ABA experience preferred but not required

ABA graduate students or student analysts currently working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
