Integrated Autism Center is looking for a Special Needs Teacher RBT to start soon in 2023!

Our school readiness program not only prepares our learners for the new environment but also provides resources for parents navigating the education system. Integrated Autism Center gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job Description:
  • In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
  • Client material creation and preparation.
  • Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
  • Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
  • Record client data into the Central Reach program.
  • Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
  • Write detailed SOAP notes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
  • Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
  • Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
  • Cleaning duties.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Expectations:
  • Provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
  • Maintain client privacy by HIPAA laws.
  • Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
