  • We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Engineer with top proficiency in React, Node.js, and serverless technologies (specifically AWS Lambda) to join our dynamic engineering team.      
  • Proficient in Python, dynamo, cloudwatch, api gateway, SQS, SNS, secrets management, S3, event bridge,
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • You should have a strong foundation in design principles and possess the ability to work across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services. 
  • Must Having Hands on Coding / Engineering practices
  • While healthcare experience is not mandated, it is preferred
  • However, an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential.
  • CI CD ( consumer level), Terraform understanding and maintenance level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Python with serverless architecture and React.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and standards (e.g., OWASP, TLS/SSL, encryption). AWS and cloud based security standards ( authorizer, IAM Roles)
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers on best practices and code quality.
  • Participate in refinement, design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance requirements.
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other software issues.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and propose new solutions and frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of the software through comprehensive testing and validation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed.
  • Should be responsible for code management till prod and respond to scrum queries
    • New vs existing code base

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full stack web development.
  • Proficiency in Python, AWS Lambda for backend development.
  • Proficiency in secure coding practices and vulnerability management.
  • Strong experience with React.js and related libraries/tools (Redux, Hooks) for frontend development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and web services integration.
  • Experience with database design and optimization (SQL Server/ PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3
    • Proficient in Python, dynamo db, cloudwatch, api gateway, SQS, SNS, secrets management, S3, event bridge, glue, app configs
    • Event Streaming
    • Micro Services
    • Messaging services, pub sub services & real time data processing ( kafka , kinesis)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terrform)
    • Ability to understand terraform and update terraform scripts
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Behave, Cucumber, Jest, etc., ( nice to have)
    • Must have – Ability to write test cases for react and python
    • Aware of mock data processing
  • Experience with security testing tools and techniques (e.g., penetration testing, static code analysis)
    •  
  • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
    • Veracode, Snyk ( static and dynamic code scanning)
  • Experience with AWS security services such as IAM, KMS, and AWS Config.
    • API Gateway, Authorizer, IDP and SP
  • React ( must have)
    • Hooks, functional components, routers, stores, redux, webpack, axios, styled components, protoypes
