Position Summary:
The Senior Prosthetic Specialist - Full Arch plays a critical role in the manufacturing, customization, and quality assurance of advanced dental prosthetics, with a primary focus on full-arch restorations. This role requires advanced hands-on technical expertise across PMMA, zirconia, and ceramic prosthetics, with a strong emphasis on precision, esthetics, functional design, and case ownership from start to finish.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Fabricate, customize, and finish full-arch and complex prosthetic restorations
Perform advanced ceramic, PMMA, and zirconia work
Inspect components throughout production, including microscopic inspection
Ensure finished goods meet defined quality standards
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
Adhere to documented processes and safety requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years dental technician experience
Demonstrated full-arch experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Dental Technician (CDT)
Knowledge of 3Shape and Exocad
