Job description

Phantom Capital is seeking a Full-Time Property Superintendent/ HANDS-ON Property Manager to become a part of our team. We are a growing multi-family investment firm looking for a full time superintendent/property manager to maintain and manage our properties across the tri-state area. Must have prior experience in construction, property management, and be proficient in elements of plumbing and electrical work. Most important is a commitment and willingness to grow and thrive within a company and be able to take on greater responsibility as our company grows.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Attend to property emergencies and service calls
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Experience as a building superintendent/construction
  • Plumbing and Electrical experience
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
