Full job descriptionOur company is seeking a full-time Property Manager to support the operations of a boutique portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use properties in Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn and West Queens. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can multitask effectively, work collaboratively with a team, and problem-solve in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing daily operations across residential and retail properties.Coordinate maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, and building repairs.Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure timely, professional resolution of issues.Support building staff and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents and Porters.Conduct periodic property inspections and follow up on open items.Track and help resolve building violations, ensuring compliance with NYC agencies (Dept Of Buildings, HPD, DEP, ECB).Manage inventory and assist with ordering building supplies and materials.Provide administrative and operational support to the senior management team on ongoing projects.Qualifications4+ years of residential property management experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions quickly under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with property management software a plus.Knowledge of NYC building compliance requirements preferred.Team-oriented mindset with a “hands-on” approach to problem solving.Spanish language skills a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)Annual Performance BonusHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Retirement Plan
