Job description

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program.

This position will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Outpatient Clinicians.


We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

This position provides the opportunity to maintain a 20–25% direct service work while accruing supervised clinical experience required for independent licensure. Individual clinical supervision is provided as part of the role.


**SIGN-ON BONUS** $6000

Pay: up to $71,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
  • Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
  • Highly preferred: At least two (2) years’ experience providing substance abuse counseling and group counseling
  • Preferred: Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
