  • Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, preferably including in-house counsel experience or advising companies in highly regulated and/or consumer-facing industries.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record of proactively identifying risk and driving practical, business-aligned solutions from concept through execution is preferred.
  • Experience supervising outside counsel, legal operations, or legal support staff is preferred.
  • Resourceful problem-solver focused on pragmatic and effective solutions to complex issues.
