Company Overview:

GRADIENT is a NYC based Experiential Marketing Agency seeking the perfect fit for our team. We are a boutique, creatively led, high-end experiential marketing agency with clients in the spirits, beauty, fashion, lifestyle and luxury industries. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment that values productivity and efficiency balanced with utmost quality.


Position Summary:

The Experiential Senior Producer will oversee agency projects. Client and project management are central to this position as the Senior Producer drives the project and process. This role will manage teams consisting of production freelance and full-time producers and coordinators. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to think creatively and quickly and be able to approach unique problems in new ways. The ability to be agile to accommodate shifting budgets, timelines and client needs is a must. The ability to work as part of a team and be solution-oriented is critical for this position. The candidate must have experience in the luxury world with a clear understanding of the intricacies and details that go into these projects.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and executing multi channel projects that include IRL experiential events. These brands may be in the fashion, beauty, spirits, fashion and lifestyle world.
  • Developing a detailed plan of action, seeing it through completion, and ensuring that the project is running smoothly during all phases.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day in order to successfully meet expectations and project goals.
  • Managing production team members, including delegating individual responsibilities and setting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Translating creative ideas into project plans, vendor timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensuring that integrated event solutions are innovative and strategically relevant, building brand equity and delivering results for the client.
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of critical project tracking and documentation.
  • Developing and managing large budgets, reconciling budgets post-event, handling vendor contract and fee negotiations, ensuring billing and invoicing terms and processes are met.
  • Build out of budget models in pitching and RFP phases.
  • Managing onsite teams to ensure seamless installation and execution.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to projects as needed.
  • Developing and building client relationships; managing client expectations
  • Develop project documentation including deliverable timelines, production schedules, run of show, etc., and management thereof.
  • Sourcing venues and vendors and negotiating contracts with venues and vendors.
  • Liaising with in-house Creative, Account Management, and other Production Service Departments (live video & digital) to reach client goals for each project.
  • Experience with obtainingcity, event and build permits.
  • Managing client relationships on production-related issues, as well as managing client needs and expectations.

  • Has a broad network of contacts in the experiential marketing and production industries, including vendor partner resources and local relationships across the country


Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience as a lead Producer / Senior Producer in experiential production.
  • Experience in a client-facing and production role within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record developing and managing large, complex projects/teams.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization in addition to clients, partners and vendors partners.
  • Experience developing and managing seven-figure budgets.
  • Fluent in Google Suite and Excel, previous experience with Asana is a plus, but not required.
  • A positive team player and leader who fosters collaboration and comes with a solution oriented mindset
