Job Opportunity: Preadmission Testing Registered Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Preadmission Testing Registered Nurse to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care for patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions. This role involves conducting thorough preadmission evaluations, examining patient histories, medications, and test outcomes, as well as identifying potential risk factors to enhance patient readiness for surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive preadmission assessments for surgical patients.
  • Review patient histories, current medications, and relevant test results.
  • Identify and address risk factors to optimize patient conditions prior to surgery.
