For more than 35 years, we've helped commercial fleets stay safe and reliable through preventive maintenance and expert repairs. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Light Duty Fleet Technician who wants a long-term career with opportunities to advance through our Technician Growth Program.

What You'll Work On

You'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial fleet vehicles, including:

  • Light-duty trucks
  • Cargo vans
  • Service vehicles
  • Commercial fleet pickups
  • Gas and diesel-powered fleet vehicles

Responsibilities include:

  • Preventive maintenance services and scheduled inspections
  • Oil changes, brakes, steering, suspension, and drivetrain repairs
  • Engine, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting
  • DOT inspections and safety inspections
  • Identifying maintenance needs before they become major repairs
  • Maintaining accurate repair documentation
  • Delivering quality repairs with efficiency and attention to detail
What You Bring

We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems and take pride in doing the job right.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience as an Automotive Technician, Fleet Technician, or Light Duty Mechanic
  • Preventive maintenance and repair experience
  • Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
  • Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • CDL is a plus but not required
  • Personal hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
