Job description

In-House Creator (Marketing & Content)

Department: Creative Location: On-Site (San Francisco, CA) Company: ImagineArt

Be part of ImagineArt

ImagineArt is one of the fastest-growing GenAI companies globally — 35M ARR, 100M+ social impressions, and a proprietary image model ranked among the best in the world for photorealism. All without external funding.

Now we need someone to tell the story behind the product. Your content will be seen by millions.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Content Creator who will work directly alongside founders to capture the real, unfiltered story of ImagineArt — behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, milestones, and daily life — and turn them into short-form content people want to watch and share.

You'll own the full pipeline: spot the story, shoot it, edit it, ship it. No layers. No approval chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage from founder's life, product launches, events, and meetings

  • Help founders build authentic, engaging personal brands

  • Needs to manage in-house podcast setup

  • Develop recurring content formats that showcase ImagineArt's people, culture, and products

  • Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance

Requirements
  • Fresh grads creating content for creators, founders, startups, or brands

  • Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

  • Deep understanding of Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform-specific trends

  • Ability to take content from concept to publication independently

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building a personal audience or creator brand

  • Experience with founder-led or startup-focused content

  • Knowledge of AI products and the GenAI ecosystem

  • Photography skills

  • Experience creating viral or high-growth social content

What You'll Gain
  • Direct access to founders — no management layers

  • Your work seen by millions globally

  • Rapid career growth with high ownership and visibility

  • Access to advanced AI tools and creative technologies

Benefits
  • Competitive salary in USD

  • Full-time, on-site role in San Francisco

  • High-performance, innovation-driven culture
