POSITION SUMMARY

Palletizes the larger elements of playground items, such as beams, climbing structures, fixtures, and more!

Hours: M-F, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Package each part in a way that prohibits damage
  • Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part
  • Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet
  • Check for quality defects
  • Take direction from the team lead for position rotation

ATTRIBUTES

  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to rotate to other positions when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma/GED preferred

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
