Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a mechanically-inclined and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the hard chrome plating process to ensure our customers receive a quality part. 

Overview

As an Electroplater, you will:

  • Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes
  • Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools
  • Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers
  • Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping 
  • Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
