Role Overview & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, outside sales position with a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and minimal travel requirements.


As a Field Sales Representative, you will serve as a key representative of Pinnacle Financial. You will engage directly with clients, assess their needs, and present tailored benefit solutions aligned with their objectives. This role requires clear, honest communication and the ability to confidently address questions while guiding clients through available options.


In addition to working with clients, you will support the training and development of fellow team members. Participation in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions is essential for continued professional growth.
