THE TYPE OF PEST CONTROL SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Pest Control Specialist position is full-time and will require a consistent work schedule serving customers in the Orange County, CA area. Specific shift details will be based on service needs and assignments as determined by management.


In this role, you will begin each day by ensuring your company vehicle, tools, and equipment are prepared and in proper working order. You will spend your day inspecting customer properties to identify pest activity, infestations, and potential risks. You will apply appropriate treatments using chemical, baiting, and exclusion methods in accordance with label and regulatory requirements. Educating customers about treatment plans, preventive steps, and follow-up service recommendations will be an important part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will promote and sell pest control services, collect payments, and maintain accurate records. Communication with office staff to confirm appointments and report completion of services will be essential. You will participate in required safety and training programs, manage certifications, and ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements. Other duties will include distributing flyers, soliciting referrals, requesting online reviews, and performing tasks as assigned by management.
