Essential Responsibilities
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and conditions conducive to infestation
  • Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management
  • Explain treatment plans and provide recommendations to customers
  • Perform pest control services according to company standards, service agreements, and state regulations
  • Apply pesticides and treatments safely and in compliance with label requirements
  • Complete accurate service documentation and work order notes after each appointment
  • Maintain assigned vehicle, equipment, and inventory
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Review and complete required reports, timesheets, and service records
  • Maintain required state licensing and certifications
  • Attend training sessions and company meetings
  • Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and represent the company professionally
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass state licensing requirements within 90 days of hire
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
Preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pest control, construction, landscaping, maintenance, route service, or customer service experience
  • Existing pest control license (not required)
