Job Title : Pega Administrator (Constellation Experience)
Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Work Mode : Fulltime

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pega Administrator with strong expertise in Pega Platform (including Constellation UI) to manage, maintain, and optimize Pega environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, deployments, performance tuning, and ensuring platform stability across environments.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator
  • Strong experience with Pega 8.x platform
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation UI
  • Expertise in Pega installation, patching, and upgrades
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Web/Application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic)
  • Strong understanding of database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
