What We're Looking For
Management experience is helpful but not required. Minimum requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in an agricultural parts business
  • Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, climb, bend, use a computer, and lift 50 lbs regularly

Parts Manager Day-to-Day
As our Parts Manager, you will:

  • Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and professional support
