Work Location & Commute Info
Our cultivation facility is located in Spokane Valley, WA. If you live in the Greater Spokane area, the West Plains, or just across the Idaho border, you will find our location highly accessible via the I-90 corridor: [1]

  • Liberty Lake, WA: Less than a 10-minute drive (approx. 5–7 miles east via I-90 E).
  • Downtown Spokane, WA: A straightforward 10–15 minute commute heading east.
  • Post Falls, ID: A quick 15-minute drive eastward across the Washington-Idaho state line.
  • Airway Heights, WA: A direct 20–25 minute drive straight down I-90 E, bypassing downtown city traffic.
  • Cheney, WA: A smooth 25–30 minute commute via I-90 E from the West Plains.

We’re looking for a motivated Harvest Lead to oversee daily harvest operations and ensure every crop is executed with precision, quality, and care. This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role where your decisions directly impact product quality, team success, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As Harvest Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the harvest process to ensure plants are properly managed and transitioned to the dry room in peak condition.

Leadership & Team Oversight
  • Supervise, train, and assign daily work to Harvest team members

  • Direct workflow including runners, trimmers, hangers, scale operators, etc.

  • Determine break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity

  • Cover team roles as needed to keep operations moving

  • Recommend or approve hiring, promotions, and performance actions

  • Foster a culture aligned with company Standards of Conduct & Discipline

Harvest Operations
  • Organize harvest schedules with the Harvest Manager and Dry Room Lead

  • Ensure proper staffing and communicate needs proactively

  • Elect strain order and determine trimming station setup

  • Oversee setup and tear-down of each harvest

  • Communicate quality concerns regarding flower immediately

  • Ensure proper disposal of flower waste and materials

  • Coordinate dry room placement and obtain required approvals

  • Manage lighting and room readiness to initiate harvest

Inventory & Compliance
  • Lot, tag, and weigh all quarantine inventory

  • Maintain accurate tracking in BIOTrack

  • Communicate inventory status with Managers and Inventory team

  • Assist with Research & Development projects as assigned


What You BringMinimum Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience handling large volumes of plants

  • 6+ months of plant or agriculture-related experience preferred

This is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable:

  • Standing or sitting for extended periods

  • Performing repetitive hand tasks

  • Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs

  • Bending, crouching, climbing, and reaching

  • Working in environments with moderate to loud noise

  • Being exposed to dust, plant material, humidity, and heat

  • Work takes place in a two-story warehouse environment; candidates must be comfortable using stairs regularly and working at heights (such as on upper levels or mezzanines).
