The Role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Data Analyst Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you will partner closely with management to handle scheduling, streamline attendance and payroll processes, and support cross-functional projects across our office, sales, and R&D departments.
What You'll Do
  • Time & Attendance: Manage timesheets, track paid time off (PSL), monitor break logs, and update daily attendance records.
  • Office Coordination: Answer phones, direct inquiries, manage meeting schedules (room reservations and materials), and maintain filing systems.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Compile and create KPI performance reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and manage tasks via Basecamp.
  • Project & Sample Support: Assist the sales and R&D teams by building product samples, assembling vendor kits, and managing sample distribution.
  • Daily Logistics: Distribute supplies, deliver documents to building managers, and provide excellent internal customer service.

What You Need
  • Age & Experience: Must be 21+ years old with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Tech Skills: Advanced computer skills, specifically a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and a valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic setting that may involve exposure to moderate noise, dust, and potential workplace hazards.
