Cultivation Team Member | $18/hour | Full-Time

Phat Panda | Worcester, MA

Join our cultivation team and support the care and production of high-quality cannabis plants from seed to harvest.

Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | One weekend day required

Responsibilities
  • Care for cannabis plants through all growth stages
  • Water, prune, feed, and maintain plants
  • Assist with plant training and cultivation tasks
  • Set up and sanitize grow areas
  • Support harvests, R&D projects, and daily cultivation operations
Requirements
  • Must be 21+
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
  • Comfortable working in warm, humid, and indoor grow environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Basic computer skills preferred
