Role Description

Burmax is seeking an experienced Package Designer with a strong background in CPG, beauty, and haircare to support ongoing and new product launches. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a highly creative yet detail-oriented designer who can manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously while thriving under tight deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop packaging for beauty and haircare products across multiple SKUs
  • Create original designs, graphics, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines and market trends
  • Execute multiple packaging projects while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Interpret creative direction and feedback with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare production-ready packaging files for print
  • Manage deadlines in a fast-paced CPG environment
  • Maintain organized files, version control, and project documentation
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with internal teams


Requirements

  • 5โ€“10 years of professional package design experience within CPG, beauty, or haircare
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of design, typography, color, and composition
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to feedback
  • Self-starter who works independently and efficiently


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-volume SKU environments
  • Understanding of print production, materials, and finishes used in beauty packaging
