Description
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Web Developer Security Engineer to support a federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval. As such, this job posting is intended to identify qualified candidates for a potential future opportunity and does not represent a currently available position. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for web application and api security engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, owasp top 10, waf/fim, logs analysis, devsecops gates, secure coding, and compliance automation.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership within assigned engineering discipline.
  • Design, implement, document, and continuously improve enterprise engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Support operational readiness, modernization, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation guidance.
  • Participate in engineering reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years secure software/AppSec engineering; 3+ years web application security/SSDLC; OWASP, WAF, FIM, logs, CI/CD security, and scripting experience.

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or equivalent; CSSLP, GWEB, CASE, OSWE, OSCP, Security+, or equivalent preferred/required as applicable.

Security Clearance:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.

Compensation: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually
