Job description

Work Location: 
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Electronic Caregiver's corporate headquarters in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Regular in-person attendance is required.

The Health Coach’s purpose is to educate and communicate with Electronic Caregiver clients and properly communicate with patients regarding their needs, issues, and concerns. The main areas of responsibility for this position are assessing patient’s lifestyles, addressing health concerns and then works with the patients to make behavioral, nutritional, and other changes to promote better health and wellness. The Health Coach should be able to create positive interactions and should be patient and polite. Work is performed under immediate supervision by supervisor or other administrative superior; however, the employee is expected to exercise good judgment and discretion within the limits of established procedures which includes HIPAA compliance. CMA, CCMA, or RMA preferred.
