What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Drive membership sales and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

  • Conduct studio tours and intro class sales presentations

  • Serve as a leader and mentor for the sales team

  • Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies and team training

  • Promote retail, private training, and upsells to increase studio revenue

  • Ensure data accuracy and follow-up tracking in Club Ready software

  • Deliver a top-tier experience to every prospect and member
