Rep-Lite is partnering with an innovative medical device company to identify a driven Territory Sales Representative to support continued growth throughout the West Coast. We're seeking candidates with 2–5 years of medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience who thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing market share, developing new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
  • Prospect and develop new hospital and healthcare accounts while expanding existing relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, educational in-services, and customer training sessions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, supply chain teams, and hospital decision-makers.
