The Job
The ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. As we continue to invest in people, we are hiring a Sr. Talent Advisor to help us expand our footprint across the country and ensure as many children have access to ABA services that need them. As a Clinical Talent Advisor, you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought after talent (clinical) across ABC.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
  • Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
  • Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (ex. Behavior Analysts In Training)
  • Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.
