Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Deliver psychotherapy through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment tailored to each client.
  • Utilize a user-friendly digital platform for efficient client scheduling, documentation, and note management while adhering to all clinical regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage with clients in a goal-oriented manner, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our patient population includes individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, as well as families looking for guidance and support. The goal is to empower clients to rediscover their strengths, enhance their coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic objectives in a respectful and nurturing setting.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health counselor in New Jersey (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in outpatient settings providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to implementing best practices.
  • Experience in clinical documentation and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems would be advantageous but is not required.
