Job description

Overview

Sugarloaf Base Services is currently looking for a full-time, year-round custodian/maintenance technician to join our team. For this role, we are looking for a reliable team player with a knowledge of general carpentry, painting, and proper cleaning methods.

The ideal candidate for this position would be timely, detail oriented, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. This position is eligible for shift meals and many other great benefits.

We have one full-time, year-round position and full-time seasonal spot available at this time, and will provide on-the-job training. Starting wage is anticipated to be $18-20/hour depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

The job entails all types of cleaning/janitorial duties in and around our resort's base lodge. Maintenance duties such as painting and general carpentry are required occasionally. The ability to work outside in all types of weather will be required as well. 


Qualifications

The right fit for this role will:

  • be a self-starter
  • be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • be able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasks
  • have own transportation
