We are seeking a National Manager, TOCA Training to build and evolve a best-in-class player development environment across all TOCA Centers. This role will own training curriculum, progression models, and coaching standards to ensure players consistently improve while staying engaged long term. You will lead the development of scalable training systems, support coaches across the network, and ensure alignment with TOCA's overall player pathway and development philosophy. Your Game Plan Curriculum Development & Player Pathway (40%)
  • Design and implement training curriculum and structured progression models across all levels
  • Ensure alignment with TOCA's player development philosophy and long-term athlete development principles
  • Build clear pathways from introductory training to advanced performance programs
  • Continuously refine curriculum based on performance data, feedback, and player outcomes
Coach Development & Field Execution (35%)
  • Train and support coaches and training leaders across TOCA Centers
  • Establish coaching standards, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery
  • Provide ongoing education, feedback, and development opportunities for training staff
