Position Summary

The Casino Host builds strong relationships with our valued players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences. This role focuses on player engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through thoughtful relationship management, effective communication, and a strong understanding of guest preferences.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned slot and table games players to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Stay connected with players via phone, email, and in-person interactions to share upcoming promotions, events, and property offerings.
  • Greet players on the casino floor and at special events, anticipate needs, and coordinate accommodations, amenities, and services.
  • Host and attend events with assigned guests, and follow up to ensure a positive, personalized experience.
  • Manage and track discretionary complimentary services in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and performance expectations set by management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and courtesy in all interactions, including those involving guest arrangements and financial matters.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all gaming license requirements.
  • Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a level II Missouri Gaming License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills.
