NFL FLAG Game Day Representative – Fall 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and level-headed NFL FLAG Game Day Representative to support our weekly youth league operations during the Fall 2026 season.

This position works closely with the Game Day Manager and other field staff to help ensure game days are safe, organized, efficient, and positive for players, coaches, families, officials, and staff.

The season runs on Sundays from September 13 through November 15, 2026 , with required preseason field training and weekly Google Meet meetings.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with game day field setup and breakdown

  • Collect and organize scorecards and staff timecards

  • Take photos and capture appropriate game day content for social media

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized field environment

  • Assist the Game Day Manager with overall league operations

  • Help address basic questions and game day needs from coaches, parents, players, and staff

  • Assist with weekly supply pickups when needed

  • Attend required weekly Google Meet meetings

  • Serve as a backup to the NFL FLAG Field Representative when needed

  • Perform additional game day duties as assigned to support successful league operations

Qualifications

  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to remain level-headed in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable interacting professionally with youth players, coaches, parents, officials, and staff

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours on game days

  • Able to lift and carry light game day equipment and supplies

  • Able to follow league procedures and directions from management

  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check

  • Reliable transportation is required

  • Previous experience in youth sports, event operations, customer service, or sports management is a plus but not required

Schedule & Availability

  • On-field training: September 11 and/or September 12, 2026

  • Game days: Sundays, September 13 through November 15, 2026

  • Weekly Google Meet: Attendance required

  • Applicants should have dependable availability throughout the season.
