Job description

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, spans coverage across the United States and Canada. TopHAT is a full service “white glove” delivery company specializing in final mile, dedicated delivery. We provide world class service for retail customers coast to coast. TopHAT has been a leading service provider for over 12 years and growing. Our specialized delivery approach gives us an edge on the competition by providing world class service at an affordable price.

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for Contractor Onboarding and Administrative Services in support of the TopHAT corporate office to promote the achievement of set long-term goals for TopHAT Logistical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing new hire processing and contractor onboarding. Ensure background checks and drug tests are approved and completed.
  • Confirm contractor information in OpenForce. Responsible for screening fee deduction chargebacks.
  • Oversee NetSuite Processing of Contract Carrier’s, Drivers, and Helpers.
  • Responsible for completing Employment Verification process.
  • Oversee process for Costco drivers using XTD Force.
  • Ensure DOT/MC Authority Authorization is completed and compliant.
  • Oversee new location start up process. Enter rate sheets into OpenForce and ensure truck binders are sent in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for insurance processing using BixChoice. Communication with all CC’s regarding COI’s as well as onboarding process and approvals.
  • Responsible for the Atlas Agent Process using XTD Force. Responsible for all correspondence with Atlas agents.
  • Cross train with other corporate positions for coverage.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
